一般废纸造纸废水的处理方法可分为物理法、化学法、物理化学法、生物法四类。由于其水质复杂, 通常采用将几种处理方法结合在一起的多级综合处理方法, 即对于不同污染特性的废水、在不同的处理阶段, 采取不同的处理技术。

The treatment methods of waste paper waste water can be divided into four categories: physical method, chemical method, physical and chemical method and biological method. Because of its complex water quality, a multistage comprehensive treatment method is usually adopted, which combines several processing methods, namely, for different pollution characteristics of wastewater and different treatment stages, different treatment technologies are adopted.

2.1 废水初级处理方法

针对废水中含悬浮物较高的特点, 在处理废水时首先进行初级处理, 通常采用物理法, 辅以化学法。下面两种方法处理效果较好。

In view of the high characteristics of suspended solids in wastewater, primary treatment is first carried out in the treatment of wastewater, usually by physical method and chemical method. The following two methods have good treatment effect.

2.1.1 过滤

2.1.1 filtering

过滤法是最简单的去除细小纤维的方法, 而且对其他处理设施起到保护作用。过滤通常采用细筛网或微滤机, 处理水量大时一般采用微滤机。由于过滤法不能去除油墨、溶解性物质以及过于细小的悬浮物, 所以只能作为预处理的手段 。

Filtering is the simplest way to remove fine fibers and protects other treatment facilities. The filter is usually using fine mesh or microstrainer to deal with large amount of water when using the microstrainer. Because the filtration method can not remove the ink, dissolving material and too small suspended matter, it can only be used as a means of pretreatment.

2.1.2 超效气浮

气浮法是固-液或液-液分离的一种方法, 其应用的关键是在水中通入或产生大量的微细气泡。超效气浮是气浮净化技术的重大突破, 将原有的静态进水、动态出水改为动态进水、静态出水, 改变了传统推流式气浮池的进出水及污泥分离方式。实践证明, 超效气浮对SS的去除率能达到90%以上, 特别适合废纸造纸废水的预处理, 对中等规模以上废纸造纸生产废水的预处理具有一定的优越性。

Air floatation is a method of solid - liquid or liquid - liquid separation. The key to its application is to enter or produce a large number of fine bubbles in water. Over effect air floatation is a major breakthrough in air flotation purification technology. The original static and dynamic effluent is changed into dynamic inlet and static effluent, which changes the inlet and outlet of traditional push air flotation tank and the way of sludge separation. Practice has proved that the removal rate of SS by over effect air floatation can reach more than 90%, which is especially suitable for pretreatment of waste paper and papermaking wastewater. It has certain superiority for pretreatment of waste water from papermaking wastewater with medium size.

根据废水实际情况, 选择适当的处理方法对废水进行初级处理后, 可去除80%左右的悬浮物和无机颗粒物, 部分CODcr和BOD5 也被去除, 大大减轻了后续处理工艺的负荷。

According to the actual situation of wastewater, the proper treatment method can remove 80% of suspended solids and inorganic particulates, and some CODcr and BOD5 can also be removed, which greatly reduces the load of subsequent treatment process.
