1. 水解酸化池

该工艺主要处理的就是对污水处理前进行预处理,将水中的废水进行一定的厌氧发酵,将污水的可生化性提高,这是对污水处理前比较重要的步骤,可以直接影响后期的污水处理的效率和处理时间,可以最大程度的提高污水处理的效率和减少消耗。

2. 接触氧化池

氧化池根据水处理的污染程度不同分为好几个等级,普通型和加强型。一般根据处理的时间进行判断。处理时间不大于四个小时就使用普通型的氧化池,处理时间在4-6小时之间的使用加强型的氧化池。主要是使用水解酸化池出水自流至接触氧化池进行生化处理。原污水中大部分有机物在此得到降解和净化,好氧菌以填料为载体,利用污水中的有机物为食料,将污水中的有机物分解成无机盐类,从而达到净化目的。好氧菌的生存,必须有足够的氧气,即污水中有足够的溶解氧,以达到生化处理的目的。好氧池空气由风机提供,池内采用新型弹性立体填料,该填料表面积比大、使用寿命长、易挂膜、耐腐蚀,池底采用旋混式曝气器,使溶解氧的转移率高,同时有重量轻、不老化、不易堵塞、使用寿命长等优点。接触池气水比在12:1左右。(0.5-5 m3/h接触池为二级)

The survival of aerobic bacteria must have enough oxygen, that is, there is enough dissolved oxygen in the sewage to achieve the purpose of biochemical treatment. The air of aerobic pool is provided by the fan. The new type of elastic solid packing is used in the pool, the surface area of the packing is large, the life of the tank is long, the film is easy to hang, the corrosion resistance is easy to be hung, and the bottom of the pool is used with a rotating aerator, which makes the transfer rate of dissolved oxygen high, and it has the advantages of light weight, no aging, difficult to clog and long life. The ratio of air to water in the contact pool is about 12:1. (0.5-5 m3/h contact pool is level two)
3. 杂质沉淀池

污水经过生物接触氧化池处理后出水自流进入沉淀池,进一步沉淀去除脱落的生物膜和部份有机及无机小颗粒,沉淀池是根据重力作用的原理,当含有悬浮物的污水从下往上流动时,由重力作用,将物质沉淀下来。沉淀池上部设可调出水堰,以调节出水水位;下部设锥形沉淀区和污泥气体装置,气源由风机提供,污泥采用气提方式输送至污泥好氧消化池。

4. 消毒处理

消毒池按规范«TJ14-74»标准为30分钟,若是医院污水,消毒池增加停留时间至1-1.5小时。我公司采用二氧化氯消毒装置,消毒池与消毒装置能根据出水量大小不断改变加药量,达到多出水多加药,少出水少加药的目的,需要其它装置可另行配制。(如用于工业污水,消毒池与消毒装置可以不要。)
