电镀废水处理流程
钝化浓缩液用提升泵将浓缩液输入到还原池内,通过计量泵将硫酸液加 入还原池内,使还原池pH值达到2-3,然后通过计量泵将还原剂亚硫酸加入还原池内,将六价铬还原为三价铬。
The concentrated liquid is input into the reduction pool with a lifting
pump, and the sulfate solution is added to the reduction pool by the
metering pump to make the pH value of the reduction pool reach 2-3. Then
the reductant sulphuric acid is added to the reduction pool by the
metering pump and the six valence chromium is reduced to trivalent
chromium.
经过还原处理的钝化液和前处理,镀锌、镀镍水洗水进入大调节池中,各种废水在调节池中经过充分的均化后经提升泵提升至反应池1中,通过计量泵进入CaCl2,以破坏Zn2+的络合物,在反应池2中通过计量泵进入NaOH,调节pH值在9-11范围内,然后废水流入反应池3中,通过计量泵进入助凝剂PAM后进入斜板沉淀池中,金属氢氧化物形成污泥沉入污泥斗中,上清液自流进入中和池进行酸碱调节,调回pH值在6-9范围内,然后排放。斜板沉淀池中污泥定期排放至污泥池,用厢式压滤机处理成泥饼后外运深埋,污泥水返回调节池
After the reduction of the passivation solution and pretreatment,
galvanized and nickel plated water wash water into the large regulating
pool. After full homogenization of the regulating pool, the wastewater
is upgraded to the reaction pool 1 through the lifting pump and enters
CaCl2 through the metering pump to destroy the Zn2+ complex. In the
reaction pool 2, the pump enters NaOH through the metering pump, and the
pH value is adjusted to 9-11 norm. In the enclosure, the wastewater
flows into the reaction pool 3 and enters the inclined plate
sedimentation tank through the metering pump into the coagulant PAM. The
metal hydroxide forms the sludge into the sludge bucket. The
supernatant flows into the neutralization pool to regulate the acid and
alkali, and restores the pH value within the range and then discharge.
In the inclined plate sedimentation tank, the sludge is regularly
discharged to the sludge pool, and the van type filter press is used to
treat the deep buried sludge and sludge water return regulating tank
after the mud cake is disposed.
