造纸废水处理系统的改造对造纸的影响
（1）生化处理的循环水CODCr为500——1000mg/L，其中绝大部分为溶解性惰性物质（即不可生物降解或难生物降解的物质），回用到车间不会引起恶臭气体，环境和产品的臭味消失。
(1) The CODCr of biochemical treatment circulating water is 500-1000 mg/L, most of which are soluble inert substances (i.e. non-biodegradable or non-biodegradable substances). When reused in the workshop, the odor of the environment and products will not disappear.
（2）经生化处理的循环水CODCr、BOD5浓度大幅度下降的同时，pH值稳定在7.5—8.5，对CaCO3的积累起到一定的抑制作用，设备结垢现象大为减轻，设备腐蚀程度也有所改善。
(2) While the concentration of CODCr and BOD5 in the circulating water treated by biochemical treatment decreased significantly, the pH value was stable at 7.5-8.5, which inhibited the accumulation of CaCO3 to a certain extent. The scaling phenomenon of the equipment was greatly reduced, and the corrosion degree of the equipment was also improved.
（3）系统封闭循环运行，清水的补充量较少，补充清水主要用于水针水、药剂稀释水及真空泵的密封水。处理过的循环水，回用的主要部位是制浆的水力碎浆机、稀释、纸机高压喷淋网和毛布、真空泵的密封水。循环水因有机物的浓度略高、发黏，易产生泡沫，可适当加入消泡剂调整。
(3) The system operates in closed cycle with less fresh water supply. The fresh water supply is mainly used for needle water, pharmaceutical dilution water and sealing water of vacuum pump. The main parts of recycled water are hydraulic pulper, dilution, high pressure spray net of paper machine, sealing shijiazhuang.89ix.comhefei.89ix.com nanning.89ix.comwuhan.89ix.comtangshan.89ix.comzhangjiakou.89ix.comwater of wool cloth and vacuum pump. Because the concentration of organic matter is slightly higher and sticky, the circulating water is easy to generate foam. The defoamer can be adjusted properly.
（4）废水封闭循环使循环水水温升高，带来微生物生长加快，由于循环水处于高封闭、高溶解氧状态，一般溶解氧在0.5mg/L以上，循环次数增加，不易产生腐浆。
(4) Closed recycling of wastewater increases the temperature of circulating water and accelerates the growth of microorganisms. As circulating water is in a highly closed and highly dissolved oxygen state, generally dissolved oxygen is more than 0.5 mg/L, the number of cycles increases, and it is not easy to produce pulp.
