介绍去离子水设备处理工业废水的方法。
The method of treating industrial wastewater by deionized water equipment is introduced.
1、回收使用:将复床的反洗后期,正洗后期及再生后期的水引入专用水箱,供下次反洗使用。这样做可以节约用水,便于降低自用水量,有利于降低单耗,有利于中和处理。
1. Recycling: Water from the later stage of backwashing, the later stage of positive washing and the later stage of regeneration will be introduced into the special water tank for the next backwashing. By doing so, water can be saved, water consumption can be reduced, unit consumption can be reduced, and neutralization treatment can be facilitated.
2、稀释法:将再生废水排至贮水池,然后利用回收水或污水将再生废水稀释至排放深度后,再生排放。

3、相互中和法:将阳离子床和阴离子床的再生废水,排入一个池中,利用阳离子床再生废水中的酸性,来中和阴离子床再生废水中的碱性而后排放。这种方法比较简单、经济。

This method is simple and economical.
4、过滤中和法:将相互中和后的再生废水通过中和过滤器,过滤器中装有碳酸钙,可与再生废水中的废酸起反应,并将其除去。

5、利用兹酸性树脂处理:将再生废水通过弱酸性树脂,当废酸液通过时,树脂变成H型,将水中的酸除去,当废碱液通过时,树脂将H+放出,使水中的废碱被中和,树脂转变成盐型。由于弱酸性树脂交换容量大,所以用这种方法比较经济,再生废水一般可保持在PH=6-9的范围内。
5. Treatment of regenerated wastewater with ZAR resin: When waste acid liquid passes through, the resin becomes H-type, and the acid in the water is removed. When waste alkali liquid passes through, the resin releases H+, which neutralizes the waste alkali in the water and transforms the resin into salt-type. Because of the large exchange capacity of weak acid resin, this method is more economical, and the regenerated wastewater can generally be kept within the range of PH=6-9.
