印染废水处理药剂
印染废水具有水量大、有机污染物含量高、碱性大、水质变化大等特点,属难处理的工业废水之一,废水中含有染料、浆料、助剂、油剂、酸碱、纤维杂质、砂类物质、无机盐等。所以废水排放会伴随着大量的污染物,在现有工艺处理下,也会使用到一些的污水处理药剂进行辅助。
Printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of large amount of water, high content of organic pollutants, large alkalinity and great change of water quality. It is one of the industrial wastewater that is difficult to be treated. The wastewater contains dyes, size, additives, oil agents, acid and alkali, fiber impurities, sand substances, inorganic salts, etc. Therefore, the wastewater discharge will be accompanied by a large number of pollutants. Under the existing process treatment, some wastewater treatment chemicals will also be used to assist.
01常规化学处理药剂
01 conventional chemical treatment agent
PAM,PAC:是污水处理上常用的絮凝剂与混凝剂,两者一般都是配合使用,从而达到混凝絮凝沉降的效果。多用于处理印染废水中悬浮物、杂质、色素等问题。可用于工艺前端进行预处理,工艺后端进行深度处理。
PAM, PAC: it is a common flocculant and coagulant in sewage treatment, both of which are generally used in combination, so as to achieve the effect of coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation. It is mainly used to deal with the suspended matter, impurity and pigment in printing and dyeing wastewater. It can be used for pretreatment of the front end of the process and deep treatment of the back end of the process.
硫酸,氢氧化钠:是印染废水处理上常用的两种pH调节剂,用于调节废水当中的pH,确保污水在适宜的pH范围内处理并排放。
Sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide: they are two kinds of pH regulators commonly used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. They are used to adjust the pH value of the wastewater and ensure that the wastewater is treated and discharged within the appropriate pH range.
也用用到其他处理常规指标的药剂,如消毒剂(氧化剂)、亚铁(还原剂)等。

02高效处理型药剂氨氮去除剂:用于处理废水中氨氮的指标,在工艺末端使用,通过强氧化反应去分解氨氮,具有反应速度快、适应范围广、无需改变处理工艺的特点,特别适用于中、低浓度的氨氮废水。
02 high efficiency treatment agent ammonia nitrogen remover: it is used to treat the indicators of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater. It is used at the end of the process and decomposes ammonia nitrogen through strong oxidation reaction. It has the characteristics of fast reaction speed, wide range of application and no need to change the treatment process. It is especially suitable for medium and low concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
COD降解剂:去除原理也是氧化分解,使用原理以及特点与氨氮去除剂类似。辅助型药剂,辅助工艺处理,从而稳定达标。
COD degradation agent: the removal principle is also oxidation decomposition, and the use principle and characteristics are similar to ammonia nitrogen removal agent. Auxiliary agent, auxiliary process treatment, so as to reach the standard stably.
除磷剂:除磷剂的去除原理是与废水中的磷进行反应,生成不溶性物质,从而进行沉淀达到去除效果。除磷剂多为活泼金属盐的复配产品,所以也存在不同浓度,不同性质的除磷剂。多用于沉淀池前端进行反应后经过沉淀去除含磷物质。
Dephosphorizing agent: the principle of dephosphorizing agent is to react with phosphorus in wastewater to generate insoluble substances, so as to achieve the removal effect by sedimentation. Dephosphorization agents are mostly the compound products of active metal salts, so there are also dephosphorization agents with different concentrations and properties. It is mainly used in the front end of sedimentation tank to remove phosphorus after sedimentation.
