Ventilation duct installation
通风管道的安装大致上分为三步：风管组装、风管就位以及风管调直。
The installation of ventilation duct can be roughly divided into three steps: air duct assembly, air duct positioning and air duct straightening.
(1)风管组装，组装时比较短的风管可一次在地面组装而成，过程中要尽量调整风道的中心度和水平度，避免风管扭曲或上下起波，左右摆龙。且每段风道不宜超过10m，组装垫片应垫平，并向同一方向拧紧螺丝。
(1) Air duct assembly: the shorter air duct during assembly can be assembled on the ground at one time. During the process, try to adjust the centrality and levelness of the air duct to avoid distortion of the air duct or wave up and down, and swing left and right. And each section of air duct shall not exceed 10m. The assembly gasket shall be leveled and the screws shall be tightened in the same direction.
(2)风管就位，风管就位有直接和吊具两种方法。就位前需要检查全部支架的水平度、标高、支架的牢固程度。在风管断面较小的检查井钢模具 隔离墩模具 隔离墩钢模具 流水槽模具 U型槽模具 螺杆启闭机 卷扬式启闭机 铜雕佛像 情况下，可采用人工就位方法，只需搭设简易脚手架即可。一般多采用将风道吊在脚手架上，然后再将其抬放在风道支架上的方法。
(2) The air duct is in place. There are two methods for the air duct to be in place: direct and sling. Before positioning, check the levelness, elevation and firmness of all supports. When the cross section of the air duct is small, the manual positioning method can be adopted, and it is only necessary to set up a simple scaffold. Generally, the air duct is hung on the scaffold and then lifted on the air duct support
